Maton EA808 acoustic guitar is part of the Maton Australian series. It showcases our indigenous timber at its best. This classic guitar features newly tuned, scalloped braced tops with more refined solid select grain Blackwood back and sides. The backs have been radiused to help create a greater tonal spectrum with focus on classic Maton earthy tones resulting in more bottom end response. The Necks have been upgraded to solid Blackwood timber and in keeping with the “Australian” theme, now have a Desert Acacia (Mulga) fingerboard and Bridge. The fitted AP5 PRO pickup offers clear, strong, natural acoustic sound on and off the big stage. Supplied with a Hiscox hard case, it also now comes with the NEW Maton UV cured paint finish – a finer coat for a finer tone. A new MOP Australian Decal adorns this exciting new guitar. This uniquely Australian guitar sits right up there with the best the world has to offer.
